We are often asked to manufacture custom shaped Name Badges.
As we have access to a laser engraver, we are pretty much able to make any size/shape that you require. If the shaped badge has a smooth outline then we would recommend full colour printing with a domed finish.
If your design/badge features sharp corners/borders, then our two-colour laser engraved range would be the most suitable.

We are often asked which attachment options we recommend. Unfortunately there is not a uniform answer for this and a lot depends on the size/shape of the badge, the environment and the person wearing the badge.

We currently manufacture two different types of Name Badges – Two Colour Engraved Badges and Full Colour Printed and Domed Badges. We are often asked what the difference is between the two and which would be the most suitable.

We shop online regularly as well and there are a few things that really irk us.
The first is when the prices displayed for the respective products do not include VAT and this is only added in at the checkout stage. This is misleading at best and may even be illegal in some instances.
Similarly, we hate a nasty delivery fee add-on at the checkout stage. If there are delivery charges, these should be displayed clearly throughout the site. Better still, delivery should be included at no cost.
